In the event property rights have been transferred to the author's heirs or/and assigns, the provisions of this agreement and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the a state (of the United States of America) of choice by its owner(s), who further reserve(s) the right to determine which local courts shall have jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning this agreement and any matter arising with respect thereto.
This is agreement is subject to change at any time with or without notice.
